Radhika's gift is her enthusiasm and deep level of care and support for each of her students. I truly felt she cared about me, my course, my messaging and my audience. She also happens to be really fun and funny and gives you permission to allow you to be yourself - even on a bad hair day haha! I valued that she understood the plight of introverts everywhere and that she wasn't trying to change us, but rather to help us expand into more of who we are.

I’ve been through many values exercises before, but Radhika’s unique system, combined with her deep insight, allowed me to finally define what lies at the heart of who I am—and, more importantly, how to apply that in a business context.

My voice territories make a lot of sense to me now! I have been trying to "throw spaghetti at the wall," as they say, and frankly, it has been exhausting. I got caught up in the vortex that is "the right way to do xx." But now, when I think about creating content to these territories, its like a weight has been lifted. I feel like I have been given permission to do social media in a way that feels authentic to me... I might even go as far as to say I am looking forward to it. Who would have thought?
